Red currants (Ribes rubrum) are sweet for fresh eating in the garden and can also be preserved. The red clusters of currants hang beautiful off this plant. And the longer they hang the sweeter they get!
The plant your buying is a ~12inch plant in a 2.5″ pot. It will take 2-3 years to get a significant yield of berries.
