Black Currant – Consort (Ribes nigrum)
$10.00
Black currants have a unique herbal flavor and aroma. Often described as tangy, musky, and slightly floral. We think they’re delicious raw, but many people prefer to process them into jams, jellies, preserves, juice, wine, and drying.
They are very easy to grow and require very little maintenance for consistent yields!
