Shipping
We ship exclusively within the continental U.S. However, due to state regulations, certain plants may not be available for shipment to specific states. Our shipping schedule is carefully timed based on the type of plant and the season. Bare root trees and plants are shipped starting in mid-March during spring and again in the fall while they are dormant. Potted plants and cuttings are shipped year-round, as long as the risk of deep freezing weather has passed.
Returns
We ship healthy plant material. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. We will do our best to work with you and figure out what went wrong. We cannot be responsible for how plants are handled by our customers. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we would like to know, as our mission is to help you grow as many amazing plants as possible!
Hours
