Shipping
We ship exclusively within the continental U.S. We do not ship to California (CA), Oregon (OR), or Washington (WA). Additionally, due to state agricultural regulations, certain plants may not be available for shipment to specific states.
We ship only when it’s the best time for the plants and for successful planting.
- Bare root trees & dormant plants: Ship while dormant, typically March–April, and are timed to your region so they arrive when it’s safe to plant (colder areas ship later).
- Seeds: Can ship any time.
- Cuttings: Can ship any time, weather permitting.
- Potted plants: Ship when conditions are moderate, not during extreme cold or heat.
One shipment per order: By default, we ship your order together in a single shipment when conditions are appropriate. If you want certain items shipped sooner, you’ll need to place a separate order (or split the order) and pay additional shipping for the extra shipment.
Returns
We ship healthy plant material. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. We will do our best to work with you and figure out what went wrong. We cannot be responsible for how plants are handled by our customers. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we would like to know, as our mission is to help you grow as many amazing plants as possible!
Hours
